All of the clinicians at Hope Therapy receive ongoing training in trauma therapy including traditional cognitive-behavioral treatments combined with newer body-focused psychotherapies including EMDR, Havening™ and Somatic Experiencing™. Our goal is to provide individual and group therapy services that combine these methods of healing to meet you where you are in your trauma recovery.
